As well as puncture prevention for the life of a tyre, an extra heavy duty tyre sealer can be used as an effective puncture repair on site, to get equipment back in use within minutes at a comparable cost to a puncture repair.
The right tyre sealer will also coat the entire inner surface of a tyre and also the bead, to prevent air loss through rubber porosity and bead leakage. Particularly beneficial for equipment where the tyres require regular inflation to maintain working pressures.
We are very pleased to have been able to help one of our customers reduce tipper lorry punctures by their estimate of 75% (the remainder due to serious tyre damage).

HGV & coaches

We have a heavy duty grade sealer available specifically for HGVs to reduce the risk of downtime for time critical deliveries or tyre failure for heavy or abnormal loads due to under-inflation and heat build up.
For buses and coaches, the risk of passengers being stranded in a dangerous location through tyre failure can be greatly reduced.
We are able to help companies maintain their vehicle tyres at optimum pressures and also protect against most punctures.
